Was not impressed with this location. Half of the attractions were not in service. The claimed it was for staffing but there was plenty of staff just standing around not doing anything. The place is not kept up well. We stepped in gum inside the building and found many other spots of gum on the floor throughout. The concession stand was out of stock of half the items as well and the staff just genuinely did not seem to want to be here. Between the eye rolls and dirty looks I don’t know what about this place I disliked the most. Will not be returning.

We recently hosted a very small party here for my son’s 6th birthday. I really appreciated that they had an option for smaller birthdays that was more affordable, as the competitors I checked did not have that option.
Our party host was very attentive and friendly. She served the food, cut and served the cake, and checked on us multiple times throughout the party.
The kids had a great time, and it was nice having a table to sit for the adults and for eating during the party. We stayed after for a while since the passes last all day. The party areas were all clean and the staff were helpful in the areas with the additional activities (climbing walls, zip line, bumper cars).
Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend looking into it if you want to host an easy party, especially if you don’t have a very large party.

My 6 year old daughter had her birthday party here last year and made CORE memories, and loves coming back along with my 15 year old son. We recently discovered they have a Parent’s Night Out once a month. We dropped them off from 6pm to 9pm on a Saturday night, pizza was included for them as well as the top attraction ticket. We brought along my son’s friend so there were 3 of them altogether and the pricing was well below the usual individual price per ticket WITH food included!
The kids were treated like royalty and they absolutely loved this experience (as did we since we were able to drop them off to enjoy some alone time!) Why pay a babysitter the same amount $ for 3 hours to sit at home with them on a Saturday night when they could be out in a safe space having a blast!?
Also I’d like to mention that they do fundraising for children’s cancer awareness, our daughter is a cancer survivor and much kudos to Urban Air for bringing awareness to the many children that fight it!
And the pizza is ACTUALLY delicious by the way!!
For the people with such negative reviews –I’m sorry you guys had that one experience but this is a franchise…meaning it’s someone’s business and how they feed their families. The manager is great if you just speak with them about your concerns instead of immediately coming on here and blasting them. Give it another try because we’ve consistently had great experiences with Urban Air Wellington for years and will continue to support them.

Hosted a successful 6th birthday for my son at Urban Air Wellington! We had 25+ kids and it went seamlessly. We used two adjacent party rooms with connecting doors to each. Kids had a blast, pizza was timely, host was friendly and attentive and rooms were clean/spacious!

Birthday Party setup is easy and clean. You get assigned someone to help throughout your party. We came on a Saturday for a party and someone helped us over. We had the whole place to explore. And the room was setup nice. Thanks for an easy party experience.
