Not from Florida. We are visiting from Missouri on vacation. This is a GREAT place to take the kids to get some energy out! It’s very clean, themed and well staffed. Every attraction is monitored to keep everyone safe. Darrel approached us with complimentary water and spoke to us about our experience and welcomed us to Ninja Kidz. I would highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.

We had a very disappointing experience at Adrenalin Ninja Park in Lake Worth due to the behavior of the new manager, Jean. My children have been coming to this park since 2023, and we never had any issues before.
My son was playing with his friend, and apparently Jean did not approve of the way they were playing. I get it, the staff may need to correct kids’ behavior when necessary. But instead of giving a warning, speaking calmly to the children, or contacting the parents to understand the situation, Jean immediately terminated my son’s membership in a very rude and aggressive manner. He yelled at my son and kicked out without any proper discussion.
When I arrived, Jean first claimed he had spoken to my son four times, then changed it to three times, and later to two times. In reality no warning conversation ever took place before the membership was terminated.
Jean’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. My son has always demonstrated excellent behavior, he even received a Student of the Year award at school, so it was shocking to see him treated this way without any attempt to communicate respectfully or fairly.
As a result of this experience we cancelled our other memberships as well. The previous manager, Juan, always handled situations professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, the current management has completely changed the atmosphere of this place, and not for the better.

The ninja park was absolutely amazing! We were there celebrating my nephews 8th Birthday! From the cashier to being extremely nice and helpful to Karen offering us complimentary waters while we were resting from jumping. This was a great experience..

Awesome place Nyvaeh & Gavin both have exceptional customer service and an upbeat attitude!! They even walk around to hand out waters to the kids and parents what a great touch! This makes a huge difference coming to these places, we had a great experience! five stars all the way everything is clean and fun. Plenty of activities for the kids to do.
