I have taken my kids here 5 times and they really enjoyed this trampoline park and overall had fun while there. The price for one session is quite expensive but if you get the membership like we did it is a great deal. We visited on weekdays and this place was always empty which was great for us. Just an FYI, some of the slide are very steep so please look at them before you let your small children go down them!
With that being said, I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to one of the employees attitudes and lack of empathy on our first visit. 10 mins into our first visit my 2 year old flipped over while going down one of the slides and busted his lip and nose open. My son was bleeding and crying and one of the employees (a teenage girl) ran to get an ice pack. That employee was kind and empathetic and did what she could to help which I appreciated. Unfortunately, soon after a male employee (older white man) saw my son was injured and crying and he couldn’t care less. As I talked to him about our membership he made zero effort to help answer my questions and showed no concern for my hurt child. A simple “is your son okay” or “Im sorry he got hurt” would go a long way. A person who can’t be kind has no business being around children.

Fun experience! The trampoline park is super clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of activities to keep the kids busy for 2 or 3 hours. They loved the basketball/soccer zones, the slides were a hit, and there’s even a nice play area for the little ones. We went on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t crowded. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Shamarion was very on top of safety and fairness , they had a party today so had a good amount of kids to keep track of !! She was so polite and Patient when ever all the kids didn’t listen. Axel and
Dayne checked in with us to make sure we are enjoying ourselves . Overall love this place and its attentiveness. Not like most jump trampoline places.. We cannot wait till the arcade opens up as my kids are anticipating it patiently!!

Today was our second day and a team member named Cameron and Kamari made our experience even more special from not only, keeping a fair and safe game! Cameron going outta his way to invite my son and his friend to another game of dodge ball and basketball! Just keeping the kids busy and happy! He really showed them what the Altitude is about. I love the sport/fitness twist and arcade to come !!! (not just one big trampoline)

Delighted someone opened another trampoline park in this location. I like how the moved the arcade to the back corner so my son is not running to it immediately. It feels more open and clean (especially the restrooms) they changed up a few of the attractions for the better. They AC is definitely working, I actually put on a jacket the whole 3 hrs here. We signed up for a 3 month membership which is only $29.99 plus tax, what sold me on this was there is no 2 hr limit before 1pm on weekends like sky zone. My son is almost 7 so this feels like a better fit for his age. The staff are friendly and Liz the GM is very helpful.
