Great welcoming place. Staff are always very helpful and kind anytime we come in. They take great care to continually clean this space throughout the day. My favorite place to get some work done while my child plays in a safe environment. We’ve done unlimited memberships and packages. The pricing is great value.

Visited for the first time today with my sister, brother-in-law, and my 17-month-old nephew, and we are blown away! This place is a dream for little ones to explore. Between the unique swings, trampolines, and high-quality toys, there is so much to keep them engaged.
The best part for the grown-ups? The adult massage chairs! They are very reasonably priced—I’m actually writing this review from one right now while the family plays. It’s a win-win for everyone. Highly recommend We Rock the Spectrum to any parent or caregiver. This place truly rocks!

I had a really disappointing experience at We Rock The Spectrum in Jupiter. I brought my friend 3-year-old son to play and paid for him, and also had my 8-month-old baby with me. The front desk staff said a child under one is FREE. After about 20 minutes of play, a staff member rudely approached me and said I needed to pay for my baby too simply because they “don’t look like they are related.” I was shocked and offended by this comment. My baby wasn’t even using the play equipment, just accompanying us.
When I tried to explain the situation, the staff (including the owner, Amber) was rude and dismissive. I asked for a refund since I didn’t feel comfortable staying any longer, but Amber refused. The entire interaction was unprofessional and upsetting especially considering this is a space meant for families and young children.
I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to other parents. There are plenty of other play areas where staff are friendly, respectful, and understand how to treat families.

We absolutely love it. My son can stay there for hours playing! We been going for almost a year now and always have a very pleasant experience, how ever last time we went there a big girl (she was playing) hit my son. But he’s ok, not sure where her parents were but i was going behind my son i tried to pull him but she still got him. Owner and personal are very very friendly and super professionals, Oh and i forgot to mention the sensory room!! The best !!

I cannot completely express how much I am grateful for this place. My son, who is of few words, says “happy” when he is in the parking lot, knowing that he is about to go in and play. It is a safe, clean, welcoming environment. There are so many things for my toddler to do and explore. The other parents are very helpful and kind, as are the staff and owner. We LOVE this place!
Also, it’s really clean and well cared for. We go maybe 3 or 4 times a week and there are always some new toys and the update to the sensory room is fantastic. We went to another one of the franchises today and it isn’t as nice as this one. Thank you for everything you do❣️
