I was really looking forward to taking my toddler here. I called ahead of time to ask about rates and if there is a specific toddler area. I also asked if the toddler area was gated in so that I could keep him contained in there. I was reassured that it was gated to keep him in and keep the big kids out. Well, as you can see from the video I included, the gate doesn’t close at all, and can be pushed open both ways with the most minimal of effort. I was very fortunate that at the time I decided to go, there were no older children there, otherwise I would’ve had to just have left for safety. Also, further adding to the danger, the entrance to the kitchen area is right next to the so-called “gate” to the toddler area. The entrance to the kitchen is fully open, no gate or anything (picture included). That is obviously a recipe for disaster. It’s so unfortunate because the actual facilities are lovely and it would be so easy to implement these small changes so that it was actually safe.

I had such a great experience at La La Land in Palm Beach! From the moment I walked in, the staff made the whole visit feel welcoming and easy. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. If you had a question or needed a recommendation, they were quick to help with a smile.
What really stood out to me was how clean and well-kept the entire place is. Every table, counter, and corner looked spotless, which made the atmosphere feel even more comfortable and inviting. It’s clear the team takes a lot of pride in maintaining the space.
Great people, great vibes, and an impressively clean safe place for the kids. I’ll definitely be coming back foe play dates!

We took the kids here recently and had such a great experience. The place is super clean, which I really appreciated for an indoor playground. Everything looked well taken care of and organized, and I felt comfortable letting the kids play and explore.
The employees were also amazing. You can really tell they enjoy working with kids because they were so patient, friendly, and attentive. They interacted with the children and made them feel welcome, which made the whole experience even better.
The service overall was great from the moment we walked in. The staff was helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. The kids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. It’s definitely a place we’ll be coming back to, and I would highly recommend it to other parents looking for a clean, fun, and welcoming indoor playground.

My daughter loves it here! Lots to do and very clean. The staff was great. Jocline was very helpful with check in and making sure she explained the diffrent passes. I definitely recommend.

This place was awesome! Upon arrival you sign a very concise waiver. It was about $30 for my five year old which includes an all day pass even if you leave the property and come back later in the same day. We had the all access pass but the little one was too small to ride the bumper cars. The concession stand appeared to only have candy bars but we weren’t interested in purchasing food anyway. The staff was friendly from the front desk to the wall climbing. We will definitely be back!
