At first the kids were having a blast. Then smaller kids started getting hurt on the trampoline. You should now allow kids over the 56″ rule, in which kids MUCH larger were getting on it. One girl got hurt from a very large girl that bounced on her. Managers were quite apathetic in helping the mother with the issue. Then my 2 yr old little girl got trampled by a larger girl as well. You guys are LUCKY my child didn’t get hurt bc I would have sued the establishment. When my husband confronted the responsible adult for the child that trampled my 2 yr old, she got an attitude and said she paid. So that means the manager sold access to a child that was well above the height requirements for the trampoline. That is neglect of safety precautions of the establishment and is illegal. As an establishment, either check at the door the height requirements before selling access, or close your establishment before a small child gets seriously hurt. And once again, you are VERY lucky my child did not sustain injury. I would have sued due to the neglect of your employees and their duties to enforce safety rules AT THE DOOR BEFORE ALLOWING PURCHASED ACCESS TO AN AREA THE CHILD WAS FAR TO LARGE FOR!!!!!

I would have loved to give 5 stars because everything else was absolutely amazing and great. But due to the apparent safety concern, you should address that immediately!!!!!

Kids(and grandma) had a blast. Just wish all the machines were working. They would of had 5 stars if all the machines were working.

My niece had her party here today & she was obsessed! Never been to this one but the service was on point! Everything went smoothly thanks to the young lady with the brown hair! She did a great job hosting the party! The staff is outstanding! Definitely would recommend having your kids birthday party here! I had fun too! Food was fresh! the music was cracking Mi up lol
