So much fun! I was surprised at how much there was to do! My kids couldve spent all day there. The all access pass is worth it for the older kids! Nick, James, and Victoria were so helpful and hands on with the kids, shout to them for real!

We visited your center today with my 4-year-old grandson and had such a great experience. He absolutely loved the indoor playground and played there for hours — he didn’t want to leave! He’s already asking when we can come back 😊
We live nearby, so we will definitely be visiting again. The only small thing — it felt a bit cold inside, so if possible, a slightly warmer temperature would be really appreciated.
Also, I was hoping to find a hot drink (tea or coffee) but couldn’t. It would be wonderful if you could consider adding hot beverages in the future.

Hello,
I wanted to share a small concern after the recent renovation. We noticed that the rope used to climb up the volcano slide is now tied at the top of the pole instead of lower down as it was before.
For younger children (around 3–3.5 years old), this makes it quite difficult to climb up independently. Earlier, when the rope was positioned lower, it was much more accessible for little kids.
I wanted to check if there is a possibility of adjusting the rope placement again, as it would really help younger children enjoy the slide safely and confidently.

I hadn’t been in a few months and was pleasantly surprised at the changes they did to the place. New foam floors, well lit play area so it is easier to see the kids inside. Updated the climbing wall area and updated the theme to like a gnome/fairy garden. There is a cute area for babies 3 and under. They also have multiple rooms for birthday parties. For older kids they have a high obstacle course that requires a harness for them to go around. Very happy with all the upgrades.

My kids absolutely love Lala Land! It’s colorful, creative, and keeps them entertained for hours. For the past few years it’s become a regular part of our routine. That said, I do wish they would update it a bit. Some parts feel a little dated, and a refresh could make it even better. Still, it’s a great experience overall and definitely worth checking out for families with young kids!
