As a parent, I became increasingly concerned about several aspects of my experience with this daycare.

My original concerns centered around my son getting sick and vomiting after meals at the daycare. I began inquiring about nutrition and the amount of processed foods, sugary cereals/snacks, juice, and heavily processed meal items being served to very young children. When I began requesting ingredient information, nutritional transparency, and asking about healthier alternatives for my child, the situation became increasingly theating and adversarial instead of collaborative. Ultimately I never got ingredients and they pulled my son from the program simply for inquiring.

I was also concerned by the level of staff turnover and frequent teacher changes, which made it difficult for my son to consistently build strong relationships and stability with caregivers.

In addition, communication consistency was sometimes challenging. His teachers oftentimes only spoke Spanish. Since my son is being raised in both English- and Spanish-speaking environments, I believe strong language support and consistent communication are especially important during early childhood development.

I also believe there should have been greater transparency and involvement regarding the childcare assistance and enrollment process. Although I have been an active and involved parent in my son’s life, I was not initially included in certain aspects of the process.

Parents should be able to ask respectful questions, advocate for their child’s wellbeing, and participate actively in decisions regarding nutrition, development, and care without feeling discouraged from doing so.

I do appreciate the individual teachers and staff members who cared for my son and showed kindness toward him during his time there.

I am absolutely delighted with this daycare. To be honest, I was terrified at the idea of ​​having to leave my children in someone else’s care, but from day one I realized not only that they would be in good hands, but also that it was the best decision I could have made.

I am so grateful for the support, patience, and love they give my three children every day. They’ve been there for a few months now, and they’ve changed and learned so much that sometimes I can hardly believe it. They are incredibly happy, and it shows. There’s nothing more genuine than a child’s expression.

Thank you for making this stage so special for them and so peaceful for me as their mom.

I love this place, it’s very clean, the teachers are very attentive to the children and very kind, the children learn a lot, my daughter has changed a lot and is very intelligent, I am super grateful to everyone
