Staff is very helpful and kind. If they didn’t know the answer to my question. They work with me diligently to find the answer. This was my 1st time at this branch. I’ll definitely be making this one of my weekly outing with the kids this summer.

Arrived at this facility early like 20 minutes before they opened which was exactly 1 minute late when they unlocked the doors any way while I was trying to work the copy machine it started beeping so a Caucasian older woman came to help after about an hour she decided it was best for me to go somewhere else so I left after many trips I’ve decided it was my best interest to go back to the library I tried the machine again but there was a younger Spanish girl employee helping a spanish male he eventually left her and went to the other machine I asked her please for help she came acted startled like in hurry and pointed at the men at the desk for me to ask for their help and she rushed to the Spanish guy that appeared like he did not need any help and she just stood there talking to him what a way to burn the clock for personal interest

My friend and I were touring Palm Beach and for some reason her phone would not charge in car charger. I decided to take her to this library to charge her phone.
The staff is very very friendly. I must have talked the young lady working at front desk to death! 😃 sadly I forgot her name. Arlene was also very friendly and another employee showed me the teenagers room which was very nice. I love everything about this library especially the children’s library. They have quite a few computers and private study areas.
The Miriam tile near entrance and elevators is simply beautiful. This is a great place to read and relax because the atmosphere conducive for such. I highly recommend visiting this library if in the area. And I really hate that I do not live near it.

What a wonderful Library experience I had today at the main library in Palm Beach County with so many helpful people.
I went to gather Information about book clubs and in wandering around the premises discovered the geological society entrance. Anyone interested in exploring your ancestry needs to visit this gem. I certainly will return now that I know..
