I wish I could rate this library with 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not available for me to do. The person that deserves this hate is directed towards the librarian named Melanie. If your child is coming here I recommend not having them ask for help from this lady. She was extremely rude to me and my son. She called me ugly and my son a rude boy. My son goes to Palm Beach Atlantic University and is an honors student who has many friends here. He loves John the other librarian. So whenever he needs help with anything he asked him. She always gave my son mean looks when entering the library. If I was the boss at the library I would have her fired for being rude to not only me and my son but even to others. My son has witnessed Melanie screaming and rolling her eyes at PBA students. Please don’t go to this library if you’re looking for good service. If you do attend this library ask for John not Melanie.

Library is LOUD! Regular Early Morning Group meetings in the MIDDLE of the “Quiet” study area! VERY loud AND Echoes— even with “study room” doors closed!

NOT— a quiet place to study! Employees speak and laugh loudly to each other on the open area! Random interviews in the middle of the “quiet” study area!

Very impressive library located on the campus of Palm Beach Atlantic University. Frist floor floor has PCs and iMacs that are for student use. It is very modern with an excellent collection for the various majors on campus. Plenty of spaces to sit and study as well as a coffee shop attached. Look for the hidden Icthus fish there and around campus.
