I had a massage on Sunday and it was the worst massage I’ve ever had in my entire life. My massage therapist was rude, rough, and noisy. Kept banging stuff around and running into her chair. I could feel her nails when she was massaging me. Half way through the massage she said “your hair is EVERYWHERE I should’ve made you put your hair up”. And then proceed to put a towel over my hair and SHOVE it down the sides of my ears, I even said “woah?” Because she was so rough putting it on. Like she was angry about my hair. I was so uncomfortable after that and with her bad energy I should’ve left right then and there. Extremely upset because the Breakers is such an amazing place and I can’t believe I had this experience.

Our girls experienced the ice cream mani pedi and it was the most adorable.. they got pampering, ice cream, lots of laughter, and left with their colors and and ice cream voucher. Best kids mani pedi experience weve done!

This place is beautiful, but however, it’s extremely overpriced for the facial I received. It was more of a massage than a facial. I wanted a facial not a shoulder and head massage. Very little time on my face and more on massage. I also get facials all the time and this was by far the worst one I’ve have ever received. Especially for 300$ I didn’t even get a face mask was very disappointed. When I brought it up the next day, I was simply told I should’ve said something yesterday and they couldn’t do anything about it. However, my pedicure was amazing. I would only give 1 star but my pedicure was again really nice! Everyone was Friendly and professional. Last the complementary champagne, and Chocolates were very tasty.

Absolutely Sub-par Service!
In honoring Mother’s Day; I decided to book a massage, manicure and pedicure for my fiancé’. Not only is she the love of my life, she is an amazing mother to our two daughters. For years she has dreamed of attending The Breakers Spa. When she returned home I excitedly asked her about her experience. She was hesitant at first but then the truth spilled out. She said, the masseuse was very nice however the lady at the front desk had a condescending attitude right after my fiancé’ informed her she wasn’t a guest of the hotel, as well as rushing the entire “would-be” experience. Additionally, her nails came out unbelievably horrible. For a Palm Beach Island Spa with frequent visits of Stars, Kings and Queens; this experience definitely lost its luster. Ultimately a true disappointment. I hope they read this review and take the necessary steps to ensure everyone obtains the experience they pay for, regardless of their stature.
