I drove an hour from our resort to experience the wonderful trip to PGA spa that I had last time we stayed here. Today was different. No music playing in the lounge area, staff at the pool standing around chatting while I literally try to wave them down to place an order (3 chairs were taken at the pool today, I’d expect to be smothered with “may I help you”). My massage was…. Weird. The therapist spent half of our time moving blankets, clicking stones, shuffling about. Very strange. I might have had 30 hands on minutes of a massage. No spa charges allowed in the spa mineral pool area (I do have to check out before I leave, why not add it to our tab instead of making me walk back to the locker room). So I’ll leave here hungry, somewhat relaxed and a little annoyed… Bummer.

I had the most outstanding amazing facial experience at PGA National Resort, and FEFE was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, everything felt so calm, clean, and luxurious. FEFE was so knowledgeable and made the entire facial feel completely personalized to my skin. I left with the most beautiful glow—my skin felt so smooth, hydrated, and refreshed. Hands down one of the best facials I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back to see her! – Maddie

This was my first time at the PGA National Spa in Palm Beach Gardens and WOW, what a MAGNIFICENT experience! I booked the Petal + Stone massage special with James. The Men’s relaxation lounge was tastefully appointed, relaxing, and filled with tasty and savory snacks like chocolate covered almonds and blueberry infused water. After a moment of relaxing in the lounge, an attendant took me to my massage room. James was incredibly professional, attentive, and experienced in his craft. The aromatherapy relaxed the senses, whereas the massage and hot stones unwound the stress and brought a sense of renewal in my step. I was incredibly impressed with the luxurious atmosphere and top-tier service. The Spa at PGA National truly lives up to its brand’s prestige. I will absolutely be back!

I had the best experience here last weekend! I booked an early massage and spent the day using the amenities. I live locally and have gone to many different spas in the area. Honestly, the massage here was the best one I have EVER had. From the time I visited the front desk to the time I left, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The staff was professional, the spa and amenities were clean, and my massage therapist Jess was incredible. I seriously have never had a massage like this one and I would go back over and over and request her. I enjoyed my day reading and lounging by the pool. The drink/lunch menu was perfect for a poolside meal (I’m wondering when I can go back as I write this 🩷)!

Just ok. Spa venue is nice, used the salt room before my massage. Massage just ok…they spend the first 7ish minutes trying to explain/sell you products…don’t love wasting time for that. Some of the locker room attendants are rude, this definitely kind of ruined the mood for me. Front desk person didn’t explain to me that I had to wait for an attendant to take me to the locker area and explain where everything is…again kind of negligent and annoying being unaware and aimlessly walking around…pool area nice, and again the facilities themselves are nice. Not a top notch experience due to mediocre / non helpful staff
