My review is about swimming class.
The male instructors have been exceptional, they are patient, kind, and truly understand how to work with young children. My daughter responds very well to them and enjoys her lessons.
Unfortunately, some of the female instructors seem less patient and can come across as somewhat harsh when interacting with young children. I would appreciate a more nurturing and gentle approach, especially for kids who are still building CONFIDENCE in the water.
Today one of them was very immature making a joke about my daughter and she is only 4 years old , not acceptable.

The water park itself was very nice, with fun attractions and a good atmosphere for families. However, there were a few areas that need improvement. One concern was the cleanliness of the restrooms, as the toilets did not appear to be properly cleaned during our visit. In addition, the lifeguard on duty seemed inattentive and remained seated most of the time without actively monitoring the area. With better attention to cleanliness and guest safety, the experience would be much better overall.

So many rules… too restrictive. Nowhere for young kids to just jump in the water other than the diving boards. Can’t lap sit with your young kids on the slides. Lifeguards all seam miserable and we’re quite rude when just asking simple questions. Really not worth the price.

My family and I had an incredible time yesterday celebrating the birthday party for both of my daughters at Calypso Bay Waterpark! 🙂 The guests loved it also! 🙂 The person in charge of the booking was very helpful and nice. The gentleman who let us into the park and the room attendants were fantastic making the process very smooth and easy. I love that the attendants were hands on taking and keeping the cakes refrigerated when we arrived and even assisted us with setting up and decorating the room! 🙂 Priceless! 🙂 They were very pleasant and often asked if I needed any more help! 🙂 I love how spacious the room was, the price, the included ceiling lanterns, and the fact that we were able to start setting up from the park opened at 11 until our 12pm party time! 🙂 I gave them the guest list at the entrance and they directed the guests to the room and announced on the speakers when the room was ready for the guests to go there. The room and park were beautiful, clean, and fun! 🙂 I definitely highly recommend having a birthday party here! 🙂

Warning: Park may close on a whim at their choosing due to low attendance and weather under 75 degrees. They will not tell you this. They will not change the website or even the phone system that says they are open. If you don’t speak to a person for real to confirm, don’t bother showing up.
It’s Thursday afternoon March 19th in the middle of spring break. The phone system answers and says they are open all week because of spring break. I get there and not only is the site apparently abandoned, but I can see caution tape across the obstacle course. Everything is locked. There is not a single sign to indicate why they are closed or when they will reopen.
Was it weather? Is it a bio incident (child pooped in pool)? I drove a long way to get here – with three screaming kids who I promised could come today and are now bawling on the 45 minute drive home – because I called and it said they were open. And there is nothing open here. The website even had an advertisement that they are open for spring break.
So what’s the deal? How else are you going to ruin my experience when I you are finally open?
Follow up: I called the next day and a human answered. She said they decided to close early for the day because the weather was cool (it was 72 degrees) and attendance was low.
But they didn’t change the voice mail to say they weee closed, they posted no signage – not even a hand written note that said “closed due to inclement weather” – and there is nothing anywhere on the site anywhere in the county parks system that says they may close due to weather or on the whim of management.
