Rapids Waterpark

Our family had a great time at Rapids Water Park in Florida! Parents are happy when kids are happy. 😊 We got discounted tickets for $44.99 per person from their website (Main Gate Ticket – $64.99). It’s definitely best to arrive right at opening time because lines get much longer later in the day.
This was our kids’ first experience at such a huge outdoor water park, and they were very excited. There were so many slides and attractions to explore. A fun family day and lots of good memories!

I do not recommend this place what so ever, I got a cabana for my twin’s birthday and they don’t tell you in the website that when you get there they hold a extra 100$ and food and drinks aren’t included, I booked a cabana with a tv and there was no tv. The only service you get is a waiter which is point less because all they do is bring u food back and forth with a 18 percent tip!!! You can walk to the food stand for free and bring your food back to your cabana I will never ever come to this park ever in my life again!!! The worst experience ever

We’ve visited Rapids Water Park two years in a row and unfortunately our experience has changed enough that we’ve decided not to return for summer.

This is meant as honest feedback, not hate. The park itself has fun attractions for kids, but the overall environment has started to feel much more adult-focused than family-focused. A noticeable of a more larger number of guests wearing thong bikinis or extremely small swimwear and there’s nothing wrong if thats their preference but not in a family friendly park. While climbing stairs, standing in ride lines, and walking through kid areas. When you’re there with children, holding floaties and waiting for rides, it creates awkward situations for what is marketed as a family destination.

Everyone has the right to wear what they want, that’s not the issue. The concern is simply that a venue designed around children and families should consider setting clearer expectations or guidelines to keep the atmosphere comfortable for all age groups.

**Suggestion for improvement: Have a swimwear code**

• Post clear signage at the entrance and on the website so expectations are known before guests arrive.
• Reinforce marketing and branding that the park is primarily a family destination, not an adult ONLY atmosphere.

There’s definitely a time and place for everything. Beaches, adult resorts, and certain pools are different environments. A kids water park should feel comfortable for parents with younger children.

We truly hope management considers feedback like this, because the rides themselves are fun and the park has potential to be a great family destination again.
