We absolutely love BrightNest! Both of my sons attend, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and the care they receive every day. The teachers are kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness.
From the moment we enrolled, we felt welcomed and supported. The facility is clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that help the children learn and develop while having fun. I especially appreciate the communication from the staff and the peace of mind that comes from knowing my boys are in such caring hands.
My sons are excited to go to daycare each day, and it is clear they are thriving socially, emotionally, and academically. BrightNest has become like an extension of our family, and I am so grateful for the love and dedication they show to every child.
I highly recommend BrightNest to any parent looking for a nurturing, professional, and positive environment for their children. Five stars all the way!

I would not recommend this school honestly and truly because it was so many red flags that I ignored that I wish I would have listened. First of all Ms Mona the lady in the front I called trying to sign my kids up she advised for me to do it online I called back and advised it’s not working and she basically was like well it’s done online so then I proceed to say it seems like your not trying to help that’s when she finally decided to help me and manually enter my kids information . Meanwhile my 6 month old was supposed to start there but something told me do not put her and honestly that was god. Fast forward to my kids finally starting it’s been nothing but a problem they had a teacher Ms.C( she no longer works there btw) she lied on my child ms Joanna the director said she would investigate the situation never did so then i reach out to her in regards to the matter and she basically says she doesn’t find it serious but it’s funny that i bring something to your attention and it’s not that serious but as a parent make me feel comfortable and make me feel that im being heard . The teachers are not well equipped to deal with different personalities. They did not try to get to know my oldest daughter at all instead making her feel like an outcast . Ms Joanna recommended a behavioral specialist but that’s after I had to reach out to her and tell her I feel like you guys do not want my kids here so then she tried to make it seem like she actually care which in reality she don’t because you dismissed my daughter less then a week later but tried to make it seem like you could help me and know resources and I told her it’s going to take time to get a behavioral specialist but she did not care. Then the owner calls me I let him know that I’m unhappy and expressed my concern about unenrolling the kids he said well ms joanna said she spoke with you and you guys came up with a plan but I let the owner know that ms. Joanna doesn’t seem like she wants to help and ofc I was right but because I spoke with the owner I told him they won’t come Thursday and Friday but I will try again Monday . On Monday dad drops off the kids just to find out they already unenrolled without my consent then ms Joanna and ms mona proceeds to lie and say that I told that to the owner no that’s not the conversation we had . Also when it’s time to pick up your kids everyone is parking ridiculously nobody is following road rules at all. Then there’s no curriculum , We asked ms Joanna what the curriculum is she could not even tell you. One day I walk in they make it seem like it’s only my kid causing a ruckus meanwhile Ms . Mona had the audacity to say a teacher left at lunch time because of my daughter the teacher did not leave due to one student the teacher left because you guys are unorganized and not structured to point the finger at a 5 year old pretty pathetic if you ask me. The are simply unequipped and I should have known that because it’s different owners. Fast forward today Ms. Mona calls me to pick up my child my response is this is her last week I did not even know the phone was being given to ms Joanna , ms Joanna is rude she would not let me talk then she proceeds to say it’s my daughter last day due to behavioral issues , but just last week she said she had resources to help which was a lie. They couldn’t wait to unenroll my kids. Also, There was a safety issue they kept stating my daughter is running out the class but there’s no door or gate and I notice a few others students does the same I had to bring it to there attention then they finally got a gate because one day I walked in on the VPK class all kids are running around all kids are not listening no structure whatsoever but apparently its nap time but I couldn’t tell but it’s only my child that’s the problem . They are not trying to actually help you these teachers DO NOT care about your child wellbeing in no way. .! GO ELSEWHERE!!The new owners suck never seen a school operate like this . If you care about your child go elsewhere !DO NOT ENROLL YOUR KIDS HERE!

The teachers at BrightNest Academy have been wonderful with our child. They are patient, caring, and always greet the kids warmly in the morning. It makes a big difference knowing our child is comfortable and happy at school each day.

Good afternoon,
I am pleased to respond to the most recent review. I have had my child enrolled at Brightnest Academy for the past two years. He was initially in the 4-year-old class, and this year he is in the VPK program. His progress has been outstanding—he can now read and write, and although he did not speak any English when he first arrived, he now speaks it fluently.
Yes, I did notice the gate in the aftercare classroom; however, no child has ever left the classroom unsupervised. The teachers are extremely attentive. Even while providing daily reports about our children, they remain fully aware of and engaged with the students. Additionally, that classroom does not have direct access to any exterior exits.
Overall, all of the teachers are attentive—not only to their own classrooms, but to every child in the school. Ms. Joanna and Ms. Mona have also assisted two of my friends in obtaining RBTs for their children, and they are doing very well. The school even offered to cover the time not paid by insurance so that one child could have an RBT throughout the entire school day.
They have consistently supported me with renewing of my ELC, and even helped me apply for VPK and now for Kindergarten.
In short, I am extremely happy and satisfied with Brightnest. If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so! Thank you, Brightnest.
