They need to hire new , more kid friendly employees to be part of all the kid events. This seems to be the only library that doesnt care about the events offered.

I paid an uber 9$ today to go the library to print out 3 pages of paper jus to find out they can’t take card or Zelle or Apple Pay I have all these ways to pay but not a single dollar or cent on me. I have multiple ways to pay but they would not print out 3 pages I needed for a job ☹️ my experience here is horrible I ask two lady’s for help and they said they could do nothing for me even if I could Zelle them or pay in anyway with my phone or card…. I now have to pay another ride to go somewhere else to print out which I’m highly disappointed in my experience they said there’s nothing they can do and there sorry but I just don’t have a lot of money and when I called they didn’t mention anything about ( cash only) 🥺 please don’t come to this library as I had no money cash but they couldn’t do anything for me … they don’t care about people even if I’m a veteran or have money to pay them jus not cash.

I attended the 2026 Vision Board event at the Greenacres Library and had a wonderful experience. The library provided all the supplies needed, making it easy and stress-free to participate. The atmosphere was relaxing with soft music playing in the background, and light refreshments were available, which was a nice touch.
The event was well organized and inspiring, creating a welcoming space to reflect, set goals, and connect with others in the community. Greenacres Library continues to be an amazing resource by hosting meaningful and creative events like this. I’m already looking forward to attending more programs in the future!
