My son attends in Wellington and he loves it. The instructors are all so amazing! We are so grateful for Jack and the entire staff. Our son is 11 and learning how to design his own video games with guided instructions. We love this place. Thank you.

This is the first and ONLY place my son wants to come back to time and time again. He’s in his zone. The team of teachers here (Sensais) are all extremely sweet and knowledgeable. Overall an incredible place.

Absolutely unprofessional and zero accountability. We had a class booked for Saturday, 10th Jan for a few weeks. We received email confirmation confirming the class as well as a reminder a day before the actual class. However, when we showed up, they mentioned that they didn’t have any empty system and they will have to reschedule our class. We live 30 mins away from the location and that was extremely frustrating. They had tried to call us 20 mins before the start of the class to mention that it was cancelled, however I was driving then.
I just don’t understand why cancellations notices cannot be sent at least a day in advance. It’s such a waste of time for parents to drive 30 mins each way and then be told that class is cancelled.

I’ve visited this location multiple times with my family, and each time it has felt consistently understaffed, regardless of the day or time. There are usually only two “Senseis” (aka Teachers) on the floor, occasionally three (which seems rare), while there are often 12+ students present at once.
With those ratios, it’s hard to see how meaningful efficiency or progress can be made for each child. The instructors themselves seem to be doing their best, but they can only assist one student at a time. This feels less like an instructor issue and more like an upper management or staffing problem.
Given the prices these franchises charge, you would expect a more consistent standard of quality and support. Unfortunately, based on my experiences, that standard doesn’t seem to be met here. I will be looking for a new place to enroll my child!
