I used Jupiter Bounce for a neighborhood movie night and rented their large outdoor screen projector. It was a smooth and seamless process from beginning to end! The sales staff was prompt with every aspect of booking and questions I had, the setup crew was on time, friendly and extremely helpful. They even helped us with a banner we had being blow away in the wind. The staff sticks around for any technical issues and they adjust as needed during the movie which keeps you at ease to just enjoy the event. I highly recommend Jupiter Bounce for your party or event needs and I can’t wait to use them again in the future!

I had a party planner for a much bigger party and he rented a mechanical bull from Jupiter Bounce. Due to some unfortunate circumstances I decided to throw a much smaller and intimate party at our home. Jupiter bounce was great about the cancelation of the mechanical bull and applied the credit toward a customized bounce house, soft play for the younger kids and I added a balloon artist. When you call there they aren’t trying to up sell you anything , they are truly trying to provide you with many options that can make your kids party a great one.

Delivery was fast , professional and very informative.

The balloon artist was extremely kind and professional. The kids loved her and she made sure she got to every single child which was so detailed of her.

I do have some feedback that id hate to be taken in a negative manner .
I wish the response time from the office was faster. Sometimes I would not get a reply until the next day or two. Texting is great for people who can’t make calls during work hours so that response time is essential for us to know everything is confirmed and set.

I also really wanted to be able to tip the balloon artist but that has to go through Jupiter bounce . As someone who worked many years in the service industry, my guests always felt great being part of how grateful I was to every gratuity received . I wanted to be able to tip her personally to show how appreciated she was . I’d reconsider that set up as a business owner . Let them receive their tip directly from the consumer 🙏🏻
