Went bowling here with some friends tonight and had a very disappointing experience. First, we paid $100 for just one hour of bowling, which already felt expensive. Then, as we were in the middle of our 10th and final frame, our time ran out.

I politely asked Jason, the manager, if he could add just a few extra minutes so we could finish the game we had already paid for. He refused and walked away without offering any solution. As a result, our group had to leave without even completing a the game!

For the amount they charge, I would expect much better customer service and a little flexibility. Instead, we left feeling frustrated, unhappy, and unsatisfied. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

I don’t usually go out of my way to write negative reviews, but this experience genuinely earned it.

From the moment we stepped onto the lanes, something felt off. Every single approach was unbelievably sticky—like someone had spilled soda everywhere and just… left it. Instead of a smooth slide into your throw, it felt like your shoes were glued to the floor mid-step. It completely threw off timing, balance, and honestly made it borderline unsafe. Bowling is supposed to be fun and fluid—this was frustrating and awkward the entire time.

It didn’t seem like a one-off spill either. Multiple lanes had the same issue, so clearly this wasn’t being maintained properly. No staff addressed it, no warning was given, and no effort was made to fix it while we were there.

On top of that, the service made things even worse. Every single time I ordered a drink, it took forever to arrive. Not just a little slow—consistently long waits that made it feel like we were being forgotten about entirely. It happened multiple times, so it clearly wasn’t a fluke.

What should’ve been a good time turned into a constant battle just to bowl normally and get basic service. It completely ruined the experience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to actually enjoy bowling.

Just left and to top it off, it makes sense why the waitress didn’t care they add automatic gratuity.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Not worth the 100 dollars at all.
