Wow! Incredible customer service. Was initially very discontent with my original service. The manager approached me and we discussed. They fixed the issue- no problem! Tracy and One treated me so kindly and after a couple rough days they made me feel well taken care of. Tracy is extremely talented and as soon as she saw the design I wanted she said “I’ve got it. I can do it.” I am absolutely in love because it’s a silly design I’ve been wanting for a little while and she made sure I was happy. I’ve never done a more complex design and truly she knocked it out of the park. Tracy and One made me want to make this location my new one here in West Palm Beach. The location is next to a cute Italian market too.

Thank you so much Trina for my vacation nails!!! I couldn’t find anyone that wanted to do my chrome set last minute and she nailed it. She’s a perfectionist and very nice. Will come back to her next time I’m in the area for sure and would recommend.

Thank you to Tipsy Nails in WPB. I appreciate the prompt attention to rectifying the many issues I had with my nails. Anna contacted me and made me an appointment and did my nails – which came out beautiful. She was professional and sweet. Customer service was still top tier.

Today is 5/4/26 and I’m *already* looking to find somewhere new to get my nails done. Yesterday I noticed under my nails are lifting. It’s like the gel is separting. On right hand, I had to adjust my thumb so it doesn’t look too weird. However,on my left hand, the nail on my middle finger was lifting/separting. I had to remove and trim nail and my pinky on same hand, I had to cut the nail down like my thumb because it was lifting too. I was trying to keep my nails looking decent, but they all look like they will have to come off. Sad. Annoyed
Deeply troubled that my nails didn’t last.

It was a very nice experience. It was very zen. It was quiet, peaceful. The person that I had – Celica. She was very (very) good. She took her time. She was just excellent. My nails turned out lovely. Nice. Simple. How I like it. Thank you!

I brought my three granddaughters (12, 10 and 8) in to have their nails done before our cruise. They each had tips with different color polishes, and intricate designs on each nail!
Anna did two of the girls and Tracy did the third. These 2 nail techs were not only extremely talented and fast, but they were also kind and so sweet to the girls.
I will definitely bring them back for special occasions. What a treat for all of us!

Came in at 3:45pm on a Sunday with no appointment and they were able to take me within a few minutes wait. I got a pedicure with 7 min massage with Tiffany. She was kind and did a good job. The callus removal wasn’t very thorough. But I’m glad I tried it. The manicure was done by Anna. It was an express manicure done in 10min. I was shook. Great job. I’d do it again.
