I am honestly in complete disbelief over the custom cake we received from this bakery.
We ordered a cake for a major promotion celebration and specifically sent inspiration photos that closely reflected the exact style of cakes THEY showcase on their own website. What we picked up looked absolutely nothing like the inspiration photo or the quality they advertise. It was shockingly plain, unfinished looking, and honestly one of the saddest custom cakes I’ve ever seen — especially for $145.
To make matters worse, the cake didn’t even include the writing that was supposed to be on it. When I emailed them, their response was simply: “Sorry we forgot, we can send you the writing to include.” That response alone was almost more disappointing than the cake itself. For a professional bakery charging premium prices, forgetting a major component of a custom celebration cake and then suggesting the customer finish it themselves is completely unacceptable.
This cake was for a very special milestone, and instead of feeling excited and proud to present it, we were embarrassed and scrambling to make it look more complete ourselves. The final product looked nothing like what was promised, nothing like what was advertised, and nowhere near worth the price paid.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing and handled incredibly poorly.

I hesitated before posting this but it’s a week later and I’m still so disappointed with my experience with Sweet Stacy’s.
I ordered an 8” cake for my baby shower 6 weeks in advance. I paid extra for delivery by 12:30 and confirmed the day before. My shower started at 1pm and at 12:55 there was no cake to be found. I called and emailed but started to panic thinking there wasn’t going to be a cake. I eventually heard back and was told it would be another 15 minutes. A call to let me know that the cake would be late would have prevented unnecessary stress. The cake didn’t arrive till 1:30 when my guests were already arriving.
The cake that arrived was a 2 tier cake (not the 8” cake we ordered) and was starting to lean and looked quite sloppy. I know some people might not complain about getting a bigger cake than expected but cutting a 2 tier cake at a venue when we didn’t plan for it was difficult and created a huge mess. The 8” cake was ordered intentionally with that in mind. I’m giving 2 stars solely because the cake tasted good, but everything else left a bad taste in the end.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering the Mocha + Hazelnut Crunch Cake for a birthday celebration, and it was amazing. The cake was a perfect balance of rich mocha flavors and the delightful crunch of hazelnut.
What truly stood out was Stacy and her amazing team’s dedication to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure the cake was delivered on time for the celebration, even accommodating a tight schedule. Their communication was flawless, and I could tell they genuinely cared about making the day special.

We had the pleasure of having Sweet Stacy’s make the wedding cake for my sister’s wedding. It was beautiful and incredibly tasty. Though it was a specialty cake, since I have an egg allergy, it was delicious and you couldn’t even tell it was eggless.
We really appreciated all of the details in the decor and the beautiful cursive writing.
Additionally Stacy also made the cupcakes for the baby shower and they were a hit!!
Stacy was kind, patient and very accommodating. It was a pleasure getting to work with her Bakery!! I highly recommend it:)

Highly recommend! I ordered a cake/s in the shape of a 30 for a work anniversary and it was a huge hit! Not only was it gorgeous, but it was beyond delicious! The person wanted a chocolate on chocolate, and it was the richest, most moist chocolatey cake I’ve had in a long time! Meet Me at Midnight Chocolate Bourbon cake, sooo good! The frosting was perfect, not too sweet but deliciously chocolatey! For a gentleman’s work anniversary, the decorations were spot on and festive. Everyone loved it! And working with Stacy was a dream. So nice, easy going, professional. Order process, delivery and timing, pricing, cake size, all spot on! We had about 25 ppl and had some left; it was perfect! I can’t wait until our next occasion!
