We’ve had a wonderful experience at PB Skate Zone! My 4-year-old recently started the Learn to Ice Skate program, and he is having such a great time learning this new skill.
The coaches are all incredibly friendly, patient, and supportive. They do a great job encouraging the kids and making them feel comfortable on the ice, regardless of their skill level. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping each child succeed while keeping the experience fun.
The positive environment has made my son excited to come back each week, and it’s been amazing to watch his confidence grow as he learns to skate. We highly recommend PB Skate Zone to any family looking to introduce their child to ice skating!

Palm Beach Skate Zone is an outstanding place for the entire family.
Whether you’re just looking to skate and have fun with friends, or you’re part of a serious hockey or figure skating family, this facility truly has it all.
I’ve been coming here for over a year now, playing in multiple hockey leagues each week. The people I’ve met and the entire staff—including the referees (yes, even them! LOL)—have been incredible. Everyone is attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we have a great experience on the ice.
My son, Zane, started in the Learn to Play Hockey Academy and is now getting ready for his first league this April. The coaches and hockey staff have been nothing short of phenomenal. We’ve also done private lessons with PJ, and her attention to detail and commitment to helping him improve have been outstanding.
I want to recognize some of the amazing coaches and staff who make this place special:
PJ Provenzano, Mellissa Reza, Justin Kapelmaster, Travis Engroba, Matt Key, Audra Leach, and the entire Ice Lab team.
Honestly, I could keep going. Every single person we’ve encountered has made a lasting impact on both my son’s journey and my own experience in the game.

Chris at the Ice Lab is on it!! Great Pro Shop with all the gear AND knowledge! Super helpful staff and expert sharpening! A oasis for Ive skating, either Hockey or Figure Skating- it’s a one stop shop for what you may need!

So initially, my daughter Amari was terrified to step onto the ice, but Ivonne completely transformed that experience for her. She took her time, met her where she was emotionally, and made sure she felt safe, confident, and most importantly — smiling.
Ivonne goes above and beyond for her students. My daughter gets sick often and has to miss school and private lessons sometimes, but Ivonne has always been incredibly patient and understanding. That kindness means everything to us.
Even after a short time, the impact has been deep. My daughter still talks about “princess ice Coach” which tells me all I need to know. She loved skating so much that we enrolled her in ballet and more Learn to Skate lessons because of this positive start.
If you’re looking for a coach who is energetic, patient, kind, passionate, and truly loves what she does, I cannot recommend her enough. Ten out of ten!

Palm Beach Skate Zone is hands down the best family-friendly ice rink in South Florida! I have four children; three play ice hockey and one is a figure skater, and this rink has become a second home for us. One of my kids plays for the Palm Beach Hawks, two are in the rec league (one of whom will soon join the Hawks), and my daughter absolutely loves her figure skating sessions.
We’ve rented the ice several times, and every single experience has been fun, exciting, and well-organized. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether you’re here for hockey, figure skating, or just public skating with friends and family, the rink provides an awesome atmosphere for everyone.
It’s also a fantastic spot for birthday parties, and the kids always have a blast. Overall, Palm Beach Skate Zone delivers a phenomenal experience every time. It truly is the most family-friendly ice hockey rink in all of South Florida!
