I arrived 30 minutes early for a pickleball tournament here. I was greeted in the most unprofessional manner by the manager, Francesca. She looked at me and said, in front of her staff to set an example, “You can use the bathroom and then you have to get out of here.” To her credit, she apologized later, but it was quite humiliating.
