We had such a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish! We booked on very short notice for my daughter’s party, and they still went above and beyond to accommodate us without any issues. Communication was excellent the entire time — they were always responsive through chat and answered every question quickly and professionally.
One thing that truly stood out was their kindness and flexibility. Because of their scheduling, they allowed us to keep the bounce house an extra day at no additional charge, which was such an amazing surprise for my daughter and made the experience even more special. They were also incredibly accommodating during setup and had no problem moving the bounce house to a different location when we requested it.
