I came early Saturday morning around 9am and had the easiest time accomplishing obtaining a permit for my dog to enjoy the beach and also a decal for beach parking. Susan was awesome, such a sweet lady. She helped me with everything I needed and provided the best customer service with a smile. Very friendly, professional and amazing service. Great place for softball, basketball, playground and more. Ice little location. Boca Christian School plays there.

The best way to deal with the town of Boca is online and this is just a fulfillment location. If you go here without have taken care of things online it could be a long wait, and quite a hassle. Doesn’t have to be but somehow they make it work.

Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge.
The lady working as custumer service in community Center is rude and has zero knowledge of what she is doing on January 15th early afternoon I went to get a beach permit with my police report of stolen vehicle and receipt of still active sticker. I was told I have to pay for the sticker again.
I politely ask her to ask her manager and she refused and insisted I have to bring back my old sticker..

Community Center seemed to have many other activities available to the community.
